Plot summary

The film begins with Gopal returning home late from work one night. He sees some goons chasing a woman named Meera and decides to help her. He takes her to his friend's yacht and stays there for the night. The next morning, he returns home and finds his wife Ekta suspicious of his whereabouts. He lies to her that he was with his friend Anthony Gonsalves, whom he made up on the spot. Ekta does not believe him and writes a letter to Anthony, asking him to visit her.

Gopal meets Laxman, who comes to his office for an interview. He recognizes him as Meera's boyfriend and asks him to pretend to be Anthony and meet Ekta. Laxman agrees in exchange for a job. However, things go wrong when Ekta's letter reaches a real Anthony Gonsalves (Vrajesh Hirjee), who is a don living in Goa. He decides to visit Ekta and claim Gopal's property.

Meanwhile, Gopal learns that a dead body was found at the same location where he saved Meera. The body belongs to Subodh (Sanjay Mishra), his colleague whom he had threatened to kill over an argument. Madhav, the investigating officer, suspects Gopal of the murder and tries to arrest him. Gopal manages to escape with the help of Laxman, Lucky, and Meera.
