Being a successful entrepreneur means much more than starting new ventures every day. It means to have right attitude towards business and determination to achieve success. Skills an entrepreneur should have: · Self-disciplined · Uprightness · Determination · Passion · Sense of direction · Creativity · Good work ethics · Competitiveness · Confidence · Willing to learn, listen , · Taking risks · Always looking for opportunities to improve. Let us say, it is not possible to have all the skills in one for being an ideal entrepreneur. However, working with different people gives you a lot of experience.
Should our career be on the same field which we graduated on ?

It is difficult to do that but not impossible. All you need is someone to hire you to work outside your degree. You would need to sell yourself in your interview as a person who is a quick learner and eager to learn. Some employers look for people with unconventional backgrounds- they think such people bring new perspective and new skills to their workplace. I am not doing something out of my field, but speaking I was from commerce background until my school but for graduation, I just changed my field to arts.

For me, No. hobby is something we do to appreciate; it assists with releasing stress by keeping you occupied with something you appreciate. A side interest is something that you can regularly appreciate with others. However, indeed, A hobby that you truly devote your opportunity to will lead you to fabricate new skills. As you invest more energy at your side interest, you will turn out to be better a lot at it. It builds your insight. Alongside building new abilities, you will likewise acquire knowledge through the advancement of your side interest.
