The plot of Kismet Love Paisa Dilli 3 revolves around the adventures of Lokesh Duggal (Vivek Oberoi), a middle-class guy who works as a sales executive in a mobile company. He is unhappy with his life and dreams of becoming rich and famous. One night, he meets Lovina (Mallika Sherawat), a beautiful and mysterious girl who claims to be a journalist. She convinces him to accompany her to a party at a farmhouse, where she says she has to expose a big scam. However, things go wrong when they witness a murder at the party and become the targets of corrupt cops and gangsters who are involved in the scam. They escape from the farmhouse and run for their lives, while being chased by various enemies and allies throughout the night.
