When in the config file, it explains at the bottom what each does and some give min and max settings as limited by the game itself.THIS DOES WORK IN MP and NO THE OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT NEED TO ALSO HAVE IT. These changes only affect what is on your computer.This works in stable and legacy versions of the game.
